RECIPES WITHOUT THE ESSAY.

Reciped is a recipe app for people who actually cook. Find something you can make tonight, cook it without fighting the page, and keep what worked.

Why we built it

Cooking sites got worse for cooks. The recipe you came for sits below a thousand words nobody reads, the ingredient list is split across three screens, and the step you are on scrolls away the moment you touch the phone with a wet hand. That is not an accident of design, it is what the page needs to do to earn its keep.

We wanted the other thing: a recipe you can read at a glance, a cook mode that stays put while you work, and a way to keep the ones that turned out well. That is the whole product.

What we hold to

  1. [ 01 ]

    The recipe comes first

No preamble, no scroll through a childhood memory to reach the ingredient list. Every recipe opens on what you need and what you do.

  2. [ 02 ]

Built for the counter, not the couch

Cook mode keeps one step, its timer, and its quantities on screen at a size you can read from across the kitchen, because your hands are busy and covered in something.

  3. [ 03 ]

    Your cooking stays yours

What you save, cook, and follow is your record. We do not sell it, and you can export or delete it whenever you want.

Where the recipes come from

Recipes on Reciped are written and published by the people who hold accounts here. Nutrition figures are estimated from each recipe’s ingredients rather than measured, so treat them as a guide.

If something published here uses your work without permission, tell us and we will act on it. You do not need an account to file a notice.
